After doing a bit more research, I discovered that by creating a "custom" version of the Deal Funnel Report I could select "any" instead of "all stages in order". This captures all deal activities in the report the way I wanted it.
Do you have some more context or a screenshot you could share?
Is deal funnel referring to a the deal view or a specific report?
What is the "company deal status"? It's not a default company property that I am aware of, so probably a custom one that was created. If so, what does it do? Is there automation behind to change the deal funnel?
Cheers
Frank

There isn't a default deal status property on the company record. If you have one, this was likely created by a user in your portal. If it's a custom property, it is not automatically linked to anything.
If you want this field to be in sync with the actual deal stage, it would require a deal-based workflow, available in Sales Hub Professional or higher. This deal-based workflow would enroll deals and could copy the value from the deal stage into the company deal status.
Let me know if you need more detail on how this would be set up.
Best regards!
