Data from Hubspot dashboard into a google spreadsheet

Hi there,

I need to export the monthly forecast amount from a report, into a google spreadsheet.

I've tried with Zapier but it's not possible.

Do you know any way or tool to do it?

Thank you in advance,

Regards,

Angela

You'll want to export each report to .xls or .xlsx separately, and doing so will yield mixed results depending on the specific report. Those exported workbooks typically include multiple sheets! (important)

Hi @Angelamr,

There will be an option to pull projected deal amount, which is based on the deal stage probability and the deal value.

Alternatively, if you are tracking probability separately, you can import into the spreadsheet using a formula such as =(DEAL AMOUNT*CUSTOM DEAL PROBABILITY). When the spreadsheet populates, the formula will function as a formula.

If you need assistance, I'd be happy to do a screen share with you.

Hi @Angelamr,

I would suggest trying Automate.io. You can pull data from deals automatically into a Google Sheet. I have been testing this for a client and it is working well. You can pull any property that's stored in the deal to the spreadsheet including probability and forecast.

I hope that helps.

Thanks for the ping @MFrankJohnson!

Hi Josh,

Thanks for your reply, in my case forecast, is not a property, as it is a number that is continuously changing.

How can I create a property for the forecast amount?

Thanks

I would like to export the data automatically:

E. g. If the forecast for May 2020 is 30K I would like to export that number automatically to a google excel sheet, and in case the number changes, which probably will happen, have it also automated on the google sheet.

It would be possible?

Thanks

Dunno of a way to make that happen automatically. Check back here. Maybe others have ideas.
