Dashboard showing if rep talked to decision maker or not

I am trying to have reps select who they talked to Decision Maker or Non-Decision Maker.  Would like to have that show up on my dashboard so I know how to coach folks properly.  Is there an easy way to track if they talked to a decision maker and have that show up in the dashboard?

Hi @Eliav  For the most part this would not be possible as you describe it here.

 

You can add a new contact property to indicate if the contact is a decision maker or not. You can also add that property to the left sidebar of the contact record for easy access.  

 

Once you've done both of those, while reviewing calls,  you can check the contact record to verify decision maker status.
