On my sales dashboard I've tried to set it up so I can keep track of my KPIs - so how many new connections /deals I've added each week, what stage in the process they're at and how many are converting. I'm doing lots of activity but when I look at the dashboard it's saying I have no deals to show for that time or the numbers are different to what I expect them to be. People might move through a couple of different stages in a month and I'd expect that to be reflected in the dashbaord but it isn't. So I'm sure I have the settings wrong, but every time I adjust I get different numbers so don't know what's right anymore!
Would appreciate any advice or guidance on what settings I should be using. I've attached a screenshot so you can see what I've set up.
The issue was there was no activity for this week for deals in each report, which results in a "zero" for the count.
When there is a "zero", HubSpot says "No deals to show for this time frame".
As I recommended, I would duplicate the reports on the top row (which are filtered to "this week" compared to "last week") and set the date filter to "last week" compared to "previous week" so you can see the work you did last week as well during this week. (wow, that sounds confusing! 😀)
Hope this helps and have a great rest of your day!
Hi @MrJustinGivens - thanks for the reply. I've tried both things you've suggested and it hasn't made a difference. I'm pretty sure my problem is that I'm not using the 'deal stage' and 'date property' correctly, but I'm not sure what I need to set them at to get the info I need, as when I play around and change the settings it doesn't seem to make a difference. If you were able to jump on a call that would be really helpful thank you.

Thanks so much for your time and help today. You've definitely given me a lot to think about in terms of how much more I can use the tool to my benefit. Really appreciate your time.
