Dashboard is accessible but not visible

Hi, One of my customer facing a strange issue. He can access the dashboard and report under the dashboard but dashboard name is not visible to him. 

Refer to the attached snap and let us know your tought why it's happening.

Have they made sure of the following?

• Use the latest version of a supported browser: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/account-security/browsers-supported-by-hubspot
• Deactivate all browser extensions
• Clear cache/cookies
• Try incognito/private tab
• Try different browser

If the problem persists after going through these steps, I'd recommend checking with HubSpot support directly, in-app via chat or email.
