I try to email my dashboard, however it never arrives at the given address. I receive all other notifications such as task reminders, assigned contacts etc.
Did you try emailing the dashboard to a gmail account or something completely off your network? I would try this and see what happens. Then contact Support if you haven't already.

I believe the dashboard email comes through with an attachment. Typically a PDF. Is there any chance that attachments are being blocked or delayed by your email server or host?
