Dashboard dropdown shows only relevant dashboards by user

The dropdown in the dashboard page should show only dashboards that are relevant to that user or team. Currently, a user can see all dashboards, even private dashboards or team-specific dashboards. We see a long dropdown list when only 10 dashboards are relevant for everyone. It creates confusion as a user thinks it's relevant for them, will click on it and not have access to that team-specific dashboard. If a private or team-specific dashboard is not relevante to a user, it should be hidden from the dropdown.
