Dashboard and marketing user permissions

SOLVE

Hi, since today my colleague has this problem when he tries to access dashboard. He is  a Super Admin like me. Any Suggestions?

Possibly he needs to be on the team that has access to that dashboard.

do know that the error message is appearing because there is a permission not toggled on for this user, however if the user is a super admin he should be able to see that dashboard and there wouldn't be permissions to edit. Are you able to confirm that he is a super admin? If so, I would also suggest that he clear his cookies and cache.

 

Additionally, if a dashboard has been set to private by the dashboard owner then only the owner will be able to access that dashboard. Even if a user is a super admin, they will not be able to see private dashboards that they do not own. Do you know if that dashboard is private? One way to tell would be to go into the manage dashboards page in his portal, and see if there are any in there that say "private".

 

Ultimately, it's a bit hard to troubleshoot since I can't see the user's portal and his permissions.

Thank you for your answer. I tried all you suggest but it did not work.

 

Maybe it's a problem of license? 

We have a free version...
