Dashboard Report builds that reflect overall engagement including both products/line items and Forms
Hiya HubSpotters,
I've been building an Adoption Dashboard for my organisation and I'm having trouble creating high-level reports that reflect overall engagement/"reach". We're an NFP that provides some complimentary and readily available resources (download via form submission), as well as fee for service products (Deal > line tem).
Where I'm running into trouble is creating a report that reflects both products deal/line items AND form submissions. On top of that, there are a number of variables they'd like to be able to filter by.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I hope this makes sense! I have mock up chat some examples, if needed.

@YourSuperFriend if you can share mock-ups that would be helpful. Joining form submissions doesn't look like an option anymore. What do you need from the form submissions in your report? Can work around this using lists instead

Hi there @BBaber Thanks so much for your reply! Thank you, using lists and pulling reports from the list performance has been my work around, so far.
Here are some of the mock charts they'd like to see...however, I'm just not sure it's possible to group them together into the splits they'd like. There are also a few target Clients I'd like to be able to do this for, but run into the same problem when trying to reflect company activity.
For example, Mental Health Essentials e-learning courses can be provided through our employer client as complimentary or fee for service, depending on their SuperFund. However, this exists as a product and would be adopted through a transaction. The Wellbeing check in and action plan is freely accessible on our website, at any time, and measured through a HubSpot Form submission.
Thanks so much for looking into this - I really hope I'm making sense, first thing after a long weekend. PLease don't hesitate to reach out with any questions!
Thanks for the tag @Jaycee_Lewis! I've been working on this for several minutes trying to build a report and get my head wrapped around it. But it just isn't clicking. Maybe it's not my day (could be this small head cold I'm dealing with). I'm sure one of the others will have some wonderful insights! Best of luck to you!
