I'm looking to find some answers regarding creating customized reports for Deal info from my company HS system. Currently I am running into issues where the the report is limited to 4 columns max. I am needing to add more columns than that.
Management is looking to see a report that can assist them with monthly and yearly budgeting. Currently we are having to combine multiple report exports into one in order to get the amount of data columns required.
For example:
Combining Deal information with Contact/Company information.
Data points such as: Deal name, Deal Stage, Revenue, Deal owner, $ amount, company, total $ for company.
Finding a lot of report templates that limit the amount of data columns that can be exported in one file.
Can be exported from a dashboard for deeper analysis by analyst/management.
I apprecaite any help or conversations that can be had to help.
@WHawkins3 The limitations of HubSpot reporting is a challenge that HubSpot has committed to addressing in the future. For now, the kind of analyses you want to run can be done by using business intelligence software such as Tableau, Microsoft Power BI, or even Excel. There are apps in the HubSpot App Marketplace that have free trials so you can tell if this solution will meet your needs.
1. HubSpot Integration for Power BI This connector automatically syncs HubSpot to Power BI and the data refreshes on a regular schedule so that each time you open Power BI, the most recent HubSpot data is used to update your report. Power BI is sort of a "super Excel" and is included with many Office 365 subscriptions.
2. Excel Integration for HubSpot. Using this app, your HubSpot data can be set up to refresh in Excel on a regularly scheduled basis. The integration would enable you to automate your sales reporting and create the charts you need.
Hope this helps.

Hi @WHawkins3! I would recommend following the approach shared by @johnelmer. You can use tools like Coupler to set up a data pipeline and visualize it in Tableau. I recently also got to know about another tool called Equals.app. To me, it seemed a lot similar to Rows.
