Customer conversion by source

SOLVE

I am trying to analyze which channels form my sales funnel that generates mot sales.

For ex see picture below, the left pie shows the generated contacts based on source (google, email etc) the source is a specific contact property. The left pie shows the same source but is filtetered on lead category "won". For ex. Category E has 28 generated contacts (left pie) Of those 28, 6 has lead status won (right pie), ie 6/28  21 % conversion. How can I visulaize this in a better way and also with the conversion metrics?

Hi @SofiaAkhlaghi,

This can be done with funnel reports: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/reports/create-new-custom-funnel-reports

(Generally, custom report creation requires a Professional or Enterprise subscription.)

You would have to create one funnel report per source, e.g. create the first and filter it for contact that come from organic search.

Best regards!
