I am attempting to create a custom report that shows the number of conversations that are processed via our "In Box". I am constantly asked how many client inquiries we receive and process in the course of a day.
This can be done in the custom report builder: Menu > Reports > Reports > Create custom report > Custom Report Builder
Select "Conversations" as data source and set up the report configuration like this. You can find "Create date" and "Count of conversations" in the left sidebar.
You should now see the volume of incoming messages per day.
In the Filters tab, you can apply additional date filters if needed.
