It's not possible to visualize all of this information within one report, but you could create multiple reports.
Company owner <> Total sales revenue 2020
Is there a reason why you're distinguishing between company owner and rep in general? If not, you could use a report from the report library (Menu > Reports > Reports > Report library) for this, "Deal leaderboard - amount closed by rep", hover your mouse over it, click Edit in builder and specify your desired timeframe under Filters on the upper right.
Total sum of all deals
You could use the template "Deal closed totals vs. goal" from the report library for this. Does that work?
what percentage of sales came from deals
What do you mean with "what percentage fo sales came from deals" – what other paths could sales (= revenue?) take in your portal?
