Custom Feeds

We'd love to modify the base "Team activities by Activity Date" report to use "1on1 Email", "Contacts", and "Company" data. The given feed from Hubspot can't be edited or replicated as far as I'm aware. Feed isn't an option in Custom Report Builder. Am I missing something or can you make a custom feed based on another Chart/Visualization type?

Hey @MReyes13,

You're correct here that you can't create a custom field.  What I do instead is just make a table report that shows these.  Do keep in mind that if you reference multiple objects the same activity could appear multiple times in the report.  Meaning, if you send 1 email to 3 contacts (they're cc'd) it'll show 3 times in the report, 1 for each contact.  But if that's not an issue the table should include the following fields:

• Email Subject
• Email Body
• Activity Date
• Record ID - Contact
• Record ID - Company

Just make sure when you start building the report to filter for "Activity Type" is "Email sent to Contact" or "Email reply from Contact".  Then set "Activities" as your Primary Source with secondary sources of "Contacts" and "Companies".
