Crowdsourcing Ideas for New "Add Custom Tags to Report List" Feature

I'm very excited about the new "Add Custom Tags to Reports List" feature that is now in public beta.

This has been a big pain point for me that there hasn't been a robust way to organize the hundreds (thousands?) of reports in our account.

 

I have a few ideas on tags we will use:

 

  • Status: draft, in review, approved
  • Audience/Purpose: All Company, Sales, Marketing, Operations,  Leadership, etc.
  • Intent: one-off vs established report used by many teams

I would love to hear your ideas for some additional inspiration. What are some tags that you plan to roll out with this update?

Off the top of my head, I would add a tag that helps me find reports that are being emailed recurringly to stakeholders! I'd also add something related to reporting period, especially if I had reports from Q1/Q2 that I wanted to gain quick acces back to.

Off the top of my head, I would add a tag that helps me find reports that are being emailed recurringly to stakeholders! I'd also add something related to reporting period, especially if I had reports from Q1/Q2 that I wanted to gain quick acces back to.
