Hi there. Is it possible to create a custom report that would show information by contacts to whom at least 1 Sales email was sent in a certain period? And it contains the following data: number of emails sent, number of opens, number of replies. The report could look something like this
Yes, this is possible with a Professional subscription. Navigate to Menu > Reports > Reports > Createreport > Custom report builder and select Contacts and Activities as data sources.
Then set the report up as follows:
It will look something like this:
As far as I know, it's not possible to include open information in a report like this.

I think it is possible to create a custom report in HubSpot that shows information for contacts to whom at least 1 Sales email was sent in a certain period, and includes the number of emails sent, number of opens, and number of replies. You can create this report by using HubSpot's Sales Analytics tool, which allows you to filter contacts based on various criteria, including email activity. You can then add the desired metrics (emails sent, opens, and replies) to the report and configure the time period for which you want the data to be displayed.

@karstenkoehler Is it possible to add a count of marketing emails sent in the last 7 days too? I'm trying to create a report that shows sales emails and marketing emails sent to each contact within a specific timeframe, i.e. last 7 days. I've followed the steps above but it's only giving me these columns (in addition to names and emails which I've cut out for data protection).
