My team is looking for a way to report some KPIs about our current customers - ex. available processing volume vs. processing volume with us. We are reporting on it and sharing the reports in Confluence currently, but it's horrendous in seeing growth or anything to guide business decisions and marketing messaging around customer experience. Do you know if there's a way to create customer profiles and then set up properties like this in HubSpot some how?
Absolutely. So for example, with our current clients they have X amount of opportunity to convert with us but they are currently converting at Y level.
We report on Y each week in confluence but we don't create any growth charts from the data. The goal in front of us it to get as close to X with each client as possible, but we aren't even looking at X and Y together.
We want to be able to post continuous data points like Y into hubspot associated with a customer/company account. Is it possible to put data like that into hubspot or is it more just static data rather than growth over time?
