We created a number of reports that allow us to know where our clients reside by tracking their postal code. We do this by creating reports that capture postal codes that start with the first 3 digits of the code. We set the post code filter to"starts with"....... And we associate those codes with a regional office that is in the closest proximity. However, almost 20%-25% of our business comes from outside of those postal codes. And Hubspot does not include a filter that allows us to capture postal codes that "do not start with". I am curious if anyone has thoughts on an alternate method to report this data?
Sorry for the slow reply, I've been on holidays for a month. One way to approach this is to create an exlusion list by creating an active 'List' of all the objects with a postal code that do start with the postal code you want to exclude. You can then exclude these results from your report by using the 'list membership' filter on the report and selecting is not a member of the list you just created.

I’ve noticed a similar idea already present in our Ideas Forum: Add 'does not start with' filter logic to properties. To contribute, you can upvote the existing idea and share more details about your specific use case in the comments.
I also wanted to invite a couple of subject matter experts to this conversation: Hi @eburnaman, @Shadab_Khan and @HubSpot_Corey do you have workarounds to help @MLevar in this specific use case, please?
If anybody else has anything to add and/or share, please feel free to join in the conversation 🙂
