Creating Report on Different Sets on Varying Monthly Goals

Hello,

      I am trying to setup reporting on goals versus actual revenue. We have 3 diferent versions of goals, so I have set them up in HubSpot.  I cannot seem to add these 2 reports in the screenshot below to any report.  They were created as Team goals becuase they are overall company goals.  I then have a 3rd set of goals that were created on users.  The goals that were created on indivual users seems to be the only goals I can add to a report?  I cannot do the manually add a monthly goals, because the goals are all different each month.  Any help on this?
