I googled and search this board and couldn't find a solution which surprised me.
We are sending Mails to our Leads after we called them, we send them directly from the contacts mail one to one with prewritten templates.
Therefore those templates are no marketing mails. We still would like to A/B Test and track the results of those manually sent mails. So far we see in the contact if those mails are received/opend, so the data is available.
What we would need, is a dashboard which displays this data of the individual sent mails.
I checked the available data to track this, but there's no such entry for 1 to 1 mails.
I hope anyone had the same issues before and there's a solution to it, hence i regard it as a standard requirement.
I am also looking fast way to see what in my emails work and what not. Those 1-to-1 emails sent for different contacts (YTD). For A/B testing purposes and qualitative analysis.
Are you still looking for help with this? If so, I would encourage you to create a new post in our Community to make sure it gets full visibility among our Community members.
Please make sure to include screenshots and examples in your post for the Community to be able to provide guidance.
Thank you!
Best,
Kristen

You can track emails from the report. Steps: Go to Reports > Repoers > Click Report library in right corner On the left side, click checkboxes for both Email and Sales Team There seems to be some reports that can help with the end goal: Team activity totals & Activity leaderboard by rep with type breakdown
Thanks for your reply! This would be the solution for our sent marketing mails, unfortunately we send 1 to 1 Mails from the contact directly, using templates. Maybe i could change that to sending Marketing Mails tho, not sure how easy this change would be though. Maybe you can give some more input on this. Thanks!
The 1:1 tracked emails are available in HubSpot dashboard reports as Sales Activities. You'll find them in the cross-object report builder. You'll see email properties listed, however, the open/click status is not included in the available in reports.
Thanks for your reply. I'm not quite sure if I get that right, what 1 to 1 mail properties should I see listed there? As you mentioned the open/click rate is not available, which is strange because the information is available on contact level.
