Conversions with LTV

Hey everyone,

i hope the hive mind is able to help here.

 

as an aside we have already spoken to our hubspot rep who says this is not possible (but I feel like there must be a way to report on these things)

 

in a nutshell;

we have 2 pipelines

plus a sales call

 

from these we want to determine the conversion rate, the number of cancellations within a trial period AND the LTV of these customers

 

The pipeline conversions are straightforward.

 

im not sure how to report on a meeting booked (call) to create a conversion

 

we can obviously create lists for cancellations but it's pulling everything into 1 (or more) clear reports I'm struggling with.

Hey @squigglebit,

 

So a few things here, the LTV is actually stored natively on the contact and company for every deal they're associated with in a "won" stage under the property, "Total Revenue".

 

As for the "Meeting Booked" call, you might need to just make this a deal stage to look at the conversions from that stage to either Closed Won / Lost.

@squigglebit I second what @Bryantworks suggested. I'd make the call a deal stage so you can measure conversions from there.

Okay, that makes sense on the deal stage to call. This is something we can implement.

I don't see total revenue under the deal properties

Hey @squigglebit the Total Revenue property is on the Contact/Company as this sums all the amounts of all closed won deals on the contact/company.
