Conversion report

I'm really struggling to build a report, I basically need to know how many people who are in a pipeline automation convert to a customer but I can't seem to figure out how to set this up and conversion seems to be such a basic thing we need easy reporting on.

Hi @squigglebit,

Have you checked out HubSpot's funnel reports? These can be created for contacts (based on lifecycle stages) and deals (based on deal stages) and will show the conversion rate from one stage to another.
