Conversion - looking for ideas

Hi all,

 

CRM free

google chrome

office 365

 

My deals are deceiving as they are mostly for samples. The sample kit has a value of $1 and single samples $0. I would like to be able to account for the conversion from a kit to revenue. 

 

Challenge - 

a)sales through a distributor would be account for separately

b)SAP Business One will record all product leaving here 

c)lifecycle of customer is determined by "deal" unless manually overwritten

 

What I am looking for - 

any thoughts, ideas, etc

It sounds like you are looking to track the difference between deals that are $0 and deals that are $1, and when those deals convert? 

 

It may be helpful if you can share a specific example, and include any screenshots you can.
