Contact with cancelled/no show meeting without new scheduled meeting

We want to create a report is only showing contacts that:
- Have a cancelled/no show First Sales Demo meeting
- And do not have another meeting (either active or complete)?

For example, if someone books a demo and cancels, then books a second demo - we don't want that showing up as a cancelled demo in this report because what we want to know is "who requested a demo, cancelled or bailed, and hasn't rebooked/rescheduled/had another meeting where they got a demo.

Is there a way to report this?

Hi @Hardib81,

I wouldn't do this with a report but with a simple list:

1. Create a list of contacts associated to an activity where activity type is "Meeting", meeting type is any of "First sales demo meeting" and meeting outcome is none of "Canceled"
2. Create a list of contacts who are not a member of the first list and who are associated to an activity where activity type is "Meeting", meeting type is any of "First sales demo meeting" and meeintg outcome is any of "Canceled"

You're now getting a list of contacts who have canceled, minus the ones who have a logged uncanceled meeting.
