Contact lifecycle stage funnel with contact totals and conversion rates - missing stages

Hello, 

I've created the report "Contact lifecycle stage funnel with contact totals and conversion rates" but they are not included all the stages. The "subscribers" and "Sales Qualified Leads" are missing.

Ah, I’ve run into that too, super annoying when key stages vanish from the funnel. Quick q: when you check your contact records, are there actually any folks in the “Subscriber” or “SQL” stage?

If yes, here’s a fast check:

Open the report, hit Edit, then go to the Breakdown or Filters section (depending on the report type).

Look for a toggle or filter that hides stages with zero contacts then turn that off.

Also double-check that those stages are actually selected under Lifecycle Stage settings.

I once built a funnel and freaked out because half the stages were gone and turned out they were just filtered out by default. Let me know what you see when you dig in 🔍

Hi @PRiv,

You would have to edit the report to ale the changes and include the missing lifecycle stages. Depending on where exactly you are in the tool, the buttons are places differently, but you're looking for a customise or edit button. Take a screenshot showing the entire window and I can point it out.

It looks like you're using the free tools. Customisation options are limited and you might not be able to add the missing stages.
