Contact Properties and sync Forms

Hi, Looking for some suggestions and alternate ways. A client of ours from healthcare practice wants to add around 40+ properties to their contact list, out of these properties most are customised. Their aim for creating these properties is to take max information from their patients. Is there a better way to have those questions placed other than populating the dashboard with each one of them? Is setting up a form to collect the additional info a better way and keep just the basic client details on the dashboard. Since the form also can be shared alongside a meeting link In open for any suggestions. If someone has some across a somewhat closer case? Cheers

Collection of patient information is not recommended and you should have your client reconsider Hubspot as it is not HIPAA compliant and states this in their terms of service ( https://legal.hubspot.com/terms-of-service ).

Thanks for sharing that information. Apologies from my end. The client is in hypnosis practitioner and info isn't a patient info rather the basic contact details and a questionair form regarding what they are looking for, where did they find the client etc. the basic info before scheduling a call or via an enquiry form. Does that work?
