I have a journey report based on deal stages and filtered by a contact list. My contact list has 300 people in it but the journey report is only including 265. I have checked the filters and they are the same but for some reason when I want to see the funnel report for Q4, it is missing 35 contacts. Has anyone had an issue like this?
Funnel reports automatically filter by records entering the first funnel step within the specified date range. If deals have skipped the first stage, they would not be included (your list is not filtering for that). Also, your list filters for the create date, the funnel report however automatically filters for the date of entering the first step. Those are very likely the reasons for the discrepancy.
