Contact ID with no contact details exported

 I exported a report from a dashboard "

Contact created totals by day" and got this file however there are contact ID with no contact details.

1. Does this affect the reported contact per day?

2. Why is there a contact Id with no contact details?

SOLVE

Hi @UHI,

 

It looks like these contacts are missing values for First name and Last name but they have an Email address. That screenshot is not showing the full picture but yes, they are probably taken into account in the report.

 

You can check who these contacts are by navgating to https://app.hubspot.com/contacts/PORTALID/contact/CONTACTID/  – replacing PORTALID with your portal ID and CONTACTID with the number from your first column. Alternatively, under Menu > Contacts > Contacts, find More filters, search for Contact ID, select is equal to and insert one of the IDs. You can then check in the timeline of the record why the contact does not have a first name and last name: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/crm-setup/customize-activities-on-a-contact-company-deal-ticket-record-timeline
