I want to combine data to show "success rate"We log all calls, and have a graph for that. We also have a view showing both calls this month and last month (pr. day) to compare. The main purpose (phase one) for the sales people is to book meetings/product presentations, and we want to see how many calls end up as meetings. The of course we want these meetings to end up as sales, or "deals won" in the HS language. How can I show this as a bar chart og maybe pie chart? How many calls in total, gives how many meetings and turns out into "deals won"
I know the wat that I would track it. However, I'm not sure how exactly you're tracking the meetings currently.
The way I would track this is pulling a report (single object) > activities > call outcome is any of connected > AND > Call and Meeting Type is any of "Product Demonstrations." This way it is pulling all connected calls who booked a product demonstration meeting. There are different options on meeting types, as well as using different meetings look to try to easily identify which booked meetings are based on sales calls, for example.
You can also add to list - Activity is assigned to any of "Xyz, Xyz, Xyz" or HubSpot team is any of (Enterprise customers).
If this does not make sense, or you need a more customized answer. Please reply with how you are currently tracking different types of meetings, who is calling to get these meetings booked, etc.
