Combining deal probabilities into ranges in reporting
SOLVE
Hi,
Is there any way to create a report where deal probabilities are combined into ranges e.g. 0-49%, 50-69% and 70-99%? Ideally, I would like to create a report that shows open deals on a monthly level based on the closing date, and for each month these 3 different ranges would be visible in a stacked vertical bar chart. The report I have now managed to create shows all deal probabilities as separate (10%, 20%, 30% etc.) which is not ideal for quick interpretation. Thanks in advance!

@Hsth I'm playing around in the Custom Report Builder, and I don't see a way to combine or group the Deal Probability data in the way you're describing with the standard property. However, a colleague shared that she thought you could "create an additional custom property that sorts deals into those ranges if grouping doesnt work." You'd then create a workflow that sorts the companies into the categories you wanted reporting on.
I'll keep looking, and I've asked some colleagues who build amazing reports for clients, but at this point I don't think that exact view is possible with the standard Deal properties and reporting.
