I would like to add a report to my sales team dashboard that shows a month-to-date percentage based on the closed won deal amount vs. their monthly quota. It needs to be a month-to-date percentage based on the number of working days per month.
I've never used the quota or goals features at my current role, so am not 100% sure on how I'd approach this.
Although from chats with colleagues and looking into the native reports, there seems to be one Report that looks at what you are after @CBowler .
If you go into Reports> My Reports then once there look, into Report Collection (on your left hand side bar)> Sales > Forecasts & Pipelines> Quota attainment
You should have the following fields in there pre-calculated, screenshot below:
What you'd be after is the Attainment Percentage (although unfortunately, as we do not use the goals or quotas features, I can't really see what calculation it does).
But if that does not suit your needs, the other way would be to create a custom formula.
You can track the month to date quota attainment percentage with Dear Lucy, even with traffic lights if you'd like. Works on individual level, but also if you need to track the progress on company or ie. business unit level. Progress is based on number of days, not working days though.
Maybe worth mentioning that Dear Lucy also helps you drive growth by setting actionable goals to indicators like new deals added to the pipeline, connected calls or winrates.

I know this is not exactly what you are looking for, but for information, there are some prebuilt reports in HubSpot, I can think particularly of this one "Deals closed vs goals" that might be of interest.
