Close date modified when a deal goes back in the pipeline stage

Hi,

 

I'm facing a strange issue. Once a deal is moved back from a deal stage to another in the sales pipeline, expected close date is set to today. 

This is not due to any workflow, in property history I can see it was performed by my user.

There are also no automation from external systems or platform (Zapier or so on) working on this deal.

 

I can't find any standard Hubspot settings to manage this and I'm pretty sure it had never happened before. We are using Hubspot by 18 months now.

Hi, I figured it out with customer support. Hubspot has got a standard rule that set close date to today if the pipeline stage is a closed lost stage.

 

The stages I was taling about are at the beginning of our deal acquisition processo so we set a weighted value to 0.

By changin it to 1% the standard rule wasn't trigger anymore

Hey @LAlotto ,

 

I just tested this in my portal and moving the deal backwards in the pipeline did not change the close date. If you're unable to find any workflows/automations setting this, I'd suggest reaching out to HubSpot support as it may be a bug.
