This issue needs to be adressed as soon as possible. It often defeats the purpose of the report building, advantaging the Single Object Report Builder over the Custom Report Builder.
Have you tried adding the Record Id as a column or as a field in the fields list? It should add a direct link with both the record's Id and Name to your custom report.
Unsummarized data table is only an option on the Single Object report builder, while the comment I replied to was about the Custom Report Builder - if you're using the Single Object report builder, you should end up with a clickable record id field by default - it'll be the field with the object name as the column header.
I'd like to have a report that doesn't show the Customize and Cancel buttons at the bottom ( might be a different idea I proposed), and have the parameters on the left of the table removed.
In addition, if I click on a record, I'd like to be taken to that record.
Not sure if you ever found a solution to this, but if you add the record id as a column on the report it'll show up as a clickable link with the name of the record and the id as well.
This is already a detailed view of the report. Once placed on a dashboard, you will not see the left sidebar. Also, if you click into anything that's highlighted in blue, HubSpot should take you to the corresponding records – can you please try?
The user interface you're looking at cannot be customized.

Is this created in the Custom Report Builder? If you use the classic report builder (Single object > Deal), then the Deal name column is clickable and will take you to the record directly.
You can request that this is changed for the Custom Report Builder in the HubSpot Ideas section of the community. The product team reviews these requests based on popularity.

In the majority of reports, this is possible. Clicking into any data point (slice of a pie chart, bar in a bar chart etc) will open a table of the contact data behind this slice, bar etc.
Which report exactly are you referring to?
