Click report for free trial Sales?

Can the Sales trial use the click report function for emails? It says that it does, but It doesn't seem to be working. I've used the marketing automation tool before and this worked fine, but it is not working for the Sales trial.

Hey @Jordan24,

Are you referring to the ability to track clicks within sales emails? Sales Pro will allow you to track the clicks of your sales emails, but Sales Free does not include this functionality. This article discusses the different features available for Sales Free vs. Sales Pro. 

If you do have access to the Sales Pro tools, and are experiencing issues with the click tracking, can you please let me know your email inbox provider (Gmail or Outlook), whether your inbox is connected, and whether this functionality has ever worked for you? I can then advise some next steps for you.

You get the standard sales dashboard with the free version. If this answers your question please accept my solution

You'll need to add a screen shot, that link takes me directly to your account for login. 

Go to reports --> Dashboards

You can have up to 10 reports on your dashboard if you want to review the other reports you need to remove a report from the dashboard Here is a link to How to customize your dashboard
