Capturing Outbound Conversations

SOLVE

Hi All,

New to hubspot and I have been asked to create a report to capture outbound workload via the conversation inbox.  I can capture the number of conversations closed but not ones that have been created.

Is there a way to do this?

Hi @ConS,

When you create a new report under Menu > Reporting > Reports > My reports > Create report > Custom Report Builder, you should be able to select Conversations as primary data source for a report. Once you do that, you get 'Count of conversations' as a default measure in your report and can visualize them to your liking.

Let me know if you have any follow-up questions!

Thanks Karsten,

Does this include all conversations both initiated by the agent and closed? As I need to diferenciate between the two of them for reporting.
