I wonder if you couldnt use a calculated property to work this out?
So you could use a number property and add the deals into this property ( or a series of properties used in your calculation) and then after 12 months you would have a fullpicture based on the calculation.
So you would setup a workflow to For each property in your calculation such as deal value. Enrollment trigger would be is less than 52 weeks from date they becamea customer.
The workflow would then involve increasing the deal value froperty. Then you could create a calculated property to transform this as required.
