Can you limit what users are available for filters?

I noticed that the Activity Assigned To filter, for example, does include all users in Hubspot. Is there a way to limit what users can be added to a report based on permissions or a team?

A shared filter can only be edited by the shared filter's owner.

Changing the ownership of a shared filter
  • Choose > System.
  • Click Shared Filters.
  • Search for a filter or scroll through the full list.
  • Next to the shared filter, click > Change owner.
  • Search for the relevant user and click Change Owner.
Add existing filters to or remove them from a view
  1. Sign in to Google Analytics..
  2. Click Admin, and navigate to the view in which you want to add or remove filters.
  3. In the VIEW column,tv mount extension for plaster walls click Filters.
  4. Click + Add Filter.
  5. Select Apply existing Filter.
  6. Add or remove the filters as necessary.
  7. Click Save.

Can you limit what users are available for filters?

Hi @clvtross,

 

Happy to help! It's currently not possible to limit what users can be added to a report based on permissions.  However, if you are looking to segment an object or activity in a report, you could use the HubSpot Team filter in the custom report builder. Please see this attached filter example from my account:
