Can deal notes be pulled into a report? (if not what is best work around)

Hi All,

Looking for solution to be able to provide notes from deals along side other metrics like stage, close date, probability, etc. Any body have a solution to leverage notes in a report? If not what is best known work around? Only solution I've come up with is to create a free text field.

Hi @EGrobe,

The notes create via the note feature are available in HubSpot reports. To access them in the Custom Report Builder (Menu > Reports > Reports > Create custom report), select "Sales activities" as data source. You can then filter by "Activity type" = notes. Voilà, notes in reports 🙂
