Calls placed totals by rep missing a Rep

Hey there, 

 

I'm using the Report called "Calls placed totals by rep", but one of my reps aren't showing up in this report. He have the same permissions as the others aswell as the same role in HubSpot. Any ideas on how to fix this problem?

Just wanted to confirm if there is a filter by owner where the rep is not selected?  The more information, screenshots, and details you can provide, the better I can advise on the next steps.
