Looking for a way to create a report that shows the time of day most calls & connects are being made. It can be a line graph or something that I can see if most calls are made in early morning/mid-morning/etc.
HubSpot doesn’t have any such “Time of Day” dimension foir creating report. But you can create below reports regarding to call feature:
Though HubSpot offers these call-related reports, having a “Time of Day” dimension would be very beneficial. It would allow for more granular analysis and better scheduling decisions. You can add the same to the community's idea portal.
