Call log table showing how many customers have been called 5x, 4x etc
SOLVE
Hello everyone, I'm hoping someone can guide me through creating a new calls report with several filters. I haven't been able to figure this out yet. Allow me to explain.
I work in the new-build housing industry and to help my sales team be efficient as possible, all of our customers are assigend a traffic light colour depending on how proceedable they are. Green being the most likley to buy. Management then expects them to call them up to 5 times until we can either proceed with the sale or move them to Red.
So for this example we have 100 customers registered on a development and 50 are set to Green.
What I need help with is showing in a table out of those 50 Green customers, how many have been contacted 5 times, 4 times, 3 times etc, shown as a running total
Unfortuantely I have only been able to show this based on an individual customer list.
You can't do this with just the native tools, unfortunately. You could however build a custom field for "Number of Calls". Then a workflow to increment that by one each time a call is logged which has the benefit of auto moving them to Red (if you wanted) after X number.

On paper that should work, but I must be missing something. It could be because the call field is a HS field - it won't let me use it as one of the filters! However using a custom field like @Bryantworks suggested seems to work. Thanks for your suggestion anyway 🙂
