Hi my sales team are using a custom property for the date of the first meeting in deals and I would like to show them the amount of days, on average it is since that date, in the new metric setup.
When I create a calcultation property
with the calculation property type set as Times since that custom date property, I can't get it to show up in the metric chooser. I created a calculation property with the type Time between and this property shows up under metrics. Is this deliberately?
Hi @JHansen7 , If you want a "time since" property, you have to create a property that keeps track of today's date using workflows or custom marketplace integrations. Then, you want to create a time between from that date to "today'sdate". If you need a hands-on solution to any complex issues, feel free to inbox me. If this solves your problem, please mark it a solution! Cheers!
@TonmoyBaidya please be careful not to share misinformation - there's no need for a today's date property here. HubSpot provides time since properties out of the box through calculation properties. (The question was how to display these in the deal metrics - not how to create them.)

Hi @JHansen7, thanks for reaching out to the community ! 🚀 I understand that one of yournew Time Since calculation properties is not showing as a field to add to the Custom report builder, is that correct ? Time Since properties are eligible to show in the custom report builder. However, if you created the property just now, you probably have to refresh the custom report builder page so that the new property shows. Let us know if the issue persists after trying the refresh solution.
