Breakdown of calls

SOLVE

Hi all,

 

Would you know how I could pull out a report that shows the breakdown of call outcome (connected, busy, VM, etc) for a given time range?

Breakdown of calls

SOLVE

Hi @DadaET,

 

This can be achieved with a single object report, requiring a Professional or Enterprise subscription.

  1. Navigate to Menu > Reporting & Data > Reports > Create report > Single object > Create report on your own > Calls > Next
  2. Under Filters in the top left corner, specify the date range
  3. Under Data, add Call outcome
  4. Under Visualization, drag and drop Count of Calls and Call outcome into the Displaying area

Without a Professional or Enterprise subscription, this is, as far as I know, not possible.
