Average Revenue Per User

lösung

Is there a way to get an aggregrate report for Average Revenue Per User. It's a fairly simple calculation on a per deal basis, but I'm struggling to calculate across the entire team or pipeline.

Across the pipeline, I'd like to take the total amount/sum of users sold. How would I create this report?

Thank you!

Hi @ADerbyshire,

When you say user, are you referring to seats that your company has sold to your software (or something similar)? Is the calculation total revenue across all pipeline/total number of seats sold...or will this be a weighted average taking into consideration the number of deals that were also sold? Are you using quantity in line items for each seat, or a different custom property on a deal?

Hi @Josh,

I am referring to seats/licenses sold. Ideally, I'd be able to dive deeper and do the calculation on a per line item/product basis. However, for now, I'd love to just use a simple report that shows what our average price per user is for our New Business sales or our Renewal pipeline, for example.

We are using quantity in line items, but there's some muddy waters there since our smaller deals are sold at a flat rate with a quantity of 1, and we capture users in a custom field on the Deal.

Thank you!
