Average Reponse Time to Emails

Hi all,

I am looking to create a report that looks at the overall average response time to incoming Emails by Sales Rep.

Note, I am not just looking for the average first time response time, but for a report that shows the overall performance by sales rep in terms of responding to Emails.

You will find a report in HubSpot report library by the name 'Sales email average first response time by rep'. Here in this report, you can filter the response time by Total, Average, Min or Max. Check screenshot:

Erol - have  you found a report or work around? The first response time report doesn't give near enough information.

no, unfortunately it doesn't seem like HS has developed suchfiltering options yet.

Hi @ErolY,

It sounds like you already found the "Sales email verage first response time by rep" report in the report library. HubSpot doesn't have a report for overall response time (vs just first response time). This report can currently not be created.

You could request that this report is added to the library. The best place for such requests is the HubSpot Ideas section of the community. The product team reviews these requests based on popularity.
