Automations deal to company

SOLVE

Hello Guys, I have been trying to do an automation for almost a month and it's not working. 

Here's the deal: 

I need to copy the contract expiry date from a DEAL to the same property in COMPANY. But, every time that we have a new deal, they copy that date to the company property. sometimes the new deal it's and additive and not a contract deal. What I need is a trigger that will take the right date.  Can someone help?

SOLVE

@YdeBritoManoc it looks like your test deal isn't meeting the enrollment criteria then – have you checked if it has the correct deal type etc? You can always click into the enrollment criteria and test a record against them. That'll tell you what's missing.

Hi @YdeBritoManoc,


How do you determine whether it's the 'right' deal or not? Assuming that your workflow is deal-based, you would have to include the 'right deal' characteristics as enrolment criteria

We do have a criteria, but I've been trying and it's not working. It's something like this:
