Hi everyone, currently I face the following issue:
In a report goals and achievments are shown for an easy visual comparison. The datapoints for the operation results are shown based on the automated date "closed and won". In daily usage it (schould not but...) can happen that a deal is not shifted correctly in time with the actual closed date because of human omission. Now, due to not being able to re-set the automated date the report is faulty.
Is it a legitimate proposal that these dates should be editable alongside a change log or even an entry into the deal activty log?
Let me know your thoughts on this - or if there are work arounds for this issue. Thanks upfront!
This is a recurring topic in the community and ecosystem but as of now, if a property is read-only and automatically maintained by HubSpot, it's typically that exactly: read-only. Some properties might be open to updating via API but I'm not aware of a full overview or list here. Someone has yet to create date.
Generally, yes, I would agree that this would be a valuable option for users to have, to enable more accurate reporting where mistakes were made previously.
