Assigning Activities to other people

I am in charge of logging meeting for my company and I want to pull reports that show which meetings an individual participated in, not all the assciate contacts.  Is there a way to change the person that the activity is associated with if I am logging the meeting on their behalf?

Could you set it to have them manually log a meeting?

Hi @BMetts,

You can add contacts to an activity from within the organization, however, you wouldn't be able to report on it. 

It looks like you're using an Enterprise Account. Potentially you could use a custom object which could associate with your HubSpot users and then compile a report from this. 

Another option on enterprise would be to use a playbook and you could then choose from a list of predetermined selections the person that held the meeting. Again, a report challenge, but something to try.

Unfortunately exactly what you're looking for doesn't exist, but there is an idea in the ideas board for it.
