Anyone know where to get benchmark numbers for Sales Content

SOLVE

Hello Hubspotters. I am trying to determine if the numbers I am seeing in my Sales Content Analytics are good or bad.  I don't want to compare them to marketing communications benchmarks, since they're a completely differnt animal - so articles like this one, don't help in this specific case. Anyone seen number from Hubspots aggregated data from over 70,000 HubSpot customers globally on Sales Content open rates, CTR, etc? I've seen general industry estimate like 15.22% to 28.46% (but those vary by who is reporting them and I figured Since we're all using Hiubspot, those numbers would be the better example to compare to (een though I know their will be variability bsed on a bunch of factors). I could have sworn I'd seen articles on that in the past, but Google search is finding me zip.

Hi @Phisher

I think sales email benchmarks are likley to be even less dependable that marketing ones, and a lot has changed in this area since the shift to working from home. However, you may find this useful: https://www.hubspot.com/covid-data?category=total&topic=sales-emails&subTopic=emails-sent&drilldown=...

Actually I accepted that a bit too quick. I thought the 6% at the beginning of the chart was the base rate and I could figure the change in response rates from there. But that;s not the case. Apparently it started with 6% increase over the baseline. I need to know the baseline. Still, a great chart and useful data. Thank you for sharing.
