I have request from a sales manager to set up a report that shows sales rep tasks alongside aging information. I know how to quickly and easily set up a report that simply lists overdue tasks (and have done so), however the sales manager is requesting some information which is more unique than just that. She would like to know
How many days a task is overdue
Tasks that have been completed since the last time this report was sent out (she would like it emailed out to her weekly, so that would be the time frame.)
Bonus points if the report can show the lifecycle of a task (stage) and how long it took from creation to completion.
As you can see, this is a bit more sophisticated than a simple 'overdue task report' in HubSpot. If anyone has set this up (or something similar) I'd greatly appreciate any advice.
